PROCEDURE FOR BUYING HISTORICAL BONDS
This summary of the procedure for buying "historical bonds", hereinafter called as "Bonds", is equal for any other type of documents we have available..
The procedure is strict to follow, without any discussion or modification.
1. The buyer shows his interest in these Bonds with sharing his fully contact details. The proposal has to come directly from the buyer, dully signed and showing his interest for what kind of Bond(s) as also the price, stipulated in the currency of the United States of America, hereinafter called as USD, or in the currency of the European Community, hereinafter called as Euro. The document needs to be sign by the person fully in charge of this transaction and having the signatory of the bank account.
2. All other Bonds are stored in our bank or other banks worldwide. Take note that these documents are all listed into OUR accounts and we have full access and control on these accounts.
3. We and the buyer, will discuss a price and making an agreement for each transaction. This based on the specifications of the Bonds we have available. The price structure shall be confirmed via email. Both parties will accept "electronic correspondence" or hereafter called as "email", without any problems.
4. We and the buyer, will discuss the commission structure for each document that the buyer is willing to purchase. The commission for consultants on the buyer's side shall be paid directly from the buyer. The commission amounts for the seller's side shall be paid immediately to our account, this without a paymaster as we do not need this.
5. After signing the first agreement with type of document, pricing and quantity, the buyer shall inform the seller, with the fully banking details of his bank officer (buyer's bank) in charge of this operation. The buyer shall prepare the necessary funds on his banking account, in order to pay out immediately and without any delay, the total amount in USD or Euro and this for the desired package(s) of document(s) he's willing to buy. This is similar for each single or unique document the buyer is having interest to buy.
6. The information of the bank officer (buyer's bank) will be forwarded to our bank (seller's bank). Our banking officer (seller's bank) will take contact with the banking officer (buyer's bank) during an organized and scheduled "open window" between the 2 (two) banks. The buyer shall also be informed with the fully contact details of our bank (seller's bank) and the schedule of the open window between both banks.
7. During The open window, the "proof of product", hereinafter called as "POP", fully available and correct, shall be shared with the "proof of fluid", hereinafter called as "POF". During this stage, both banking officers are aware about the good intentions of the parties and above all we have officially proof that the document(s) and the money to pay the package(s) are fully available.
Be aware that our bank (seller's bank) will show FIRST the "pop" to the buyer's bank officer,
say the requested document(s) the buyer having intention to buy.

No longer a point of discussion and we can proceed immediately with the transaction. Here we have a perfect deal, as the buyer is aware that the
document(s) are available and we (the seller), having confirmation that the buyer has money in order to pay the amount of the first package or any other
single document(s). We can sav a dream situation.
8. When having an agreement for all points of discussion, security that document(s) and fluids are available, all will be formulated into a contract and duly
sign by both parties. This contract will handle over the package(s) or document(s) the buyer is willing to buy. As also for potential "rolls and extensions", if
necessary.
9. We (seller) shall release immediately all needed and necessary information to the buyer. This include:
9.1. Fully company information sheet, hereinafter called as "CIS"
9.2. Letter of authenticity
9.3. Letter of ownership
9.4. List with overview of all available numbers
9.5. Front and back copy of the bonds or instruments
9.6. Front and back copy of the coupons
9.7. Fully package (all pages) of the listed documents on Euroclear
9.8. Safe keeping receipt, hereinafter called as "SKR", and location of the documents
9.9. All needed "authentication" papers and "perito" verifications
9.10. Other paperwork on request of the buyer
10. The buyer can organize a visit for to check and to control the authentication and verification of each single document. The buyer shall have access,
together with his "perito(s)" to control and check the document(s) properly. This can be done at any place in the world due we're willing to fly over these
documents on demand of the buyer.
11. Based on all that information, the entire transaction can be done and realized in a period of maximum 5 (five) banking days. We're fully prepared in giving
all the needed and necessary cooperation in sharing information and getting the deal done in the shortest period.
12. The transfer will be done over "delivery versus payment", hereinafter called as "dvp". What means the buyer is funding the account of the seller, based on
the agreed prices. When done, the seller will handle over, say electronically or over a hard copy, the document that is paid and changing the ownership
13. All commissions will be paid out, during the same period of the transaction, to each party individually.

14. Be aware that the seller will be fully in charge to conduct this entire transaction this in the interest of both parties and that we're handling these transactions as the "seller".
15. It has no sense to start discussions about this procedure, because there is no room at all. We can say, "take it or leave it". Since March-2005, we're sell such of Bonds. We faced thousands of potential buyers, unfoilunately most of the time we never saw money due all these buyers didn't had money at all to pay for it. As we're a Swiss group, located in Europe, we have no interest in all these USA regulations, which are not even based on laws, but simple created by the "joker-brokers".
We're the seller and making the rules to transact and we believe these rules are more than correct, fair and acceptable,
for sure for people having money to buy these Bonds.
In fact, all these kinds of regulations issued by "joker-brokers" don't even exist at all. Be aware that we're selling here documents and NOT identities of people and companies. All these "joker-brokers" regulations are just created for to get as much as possible information in order to go shopping with our documents. Unfortunately, it all ends with nothing except wasting our time. Many of these documents are listed on Euroclear and "top ranked" banks are in charge for to conduct these operations. That means that all backgrounds are clean and clear. We don't need "homeland security" to find this out as everything is dully checked already several times. The biggest bank in Switzerland will not bum then fingers in sharing information from people with a bad background.
It's quiet simply to understand, as the buyer does not trust the seller that he has document(s) for sale. Similar, the seller does not trust the buyer that the money is available. However, we need a bank to conduct the transaction. That means that both parties trusting the bank in charge for this operation. Therefore, let the banks finding out if the document(s) and money is available.
Once more, our bank (seller's bank) is taking contact with the buyer's bank and shows FIRST the POP.
16. Be aware that our documents will NOT be burned out. in the inbox of thousand "potential" buyers, losing their value due they're all over the market worldwide. We will only release the correct information to the correct buyer, once we have proof that the money is available and the buyer is real. Therefore, all the numbers of these documents are unique and never saw the daylight, as per today.
